Methods of Science
What exactly is science? Scientists take steps to study the structure and behavior of the natural world through observation and experiment. An experiment tests a question and only one thing can change to see what the effect is on another thing. It is important for the scientist to be skeptical and question facts that have no evidence. I learned to use the "Rule of 3" and find three separate articles with the same conclusion.

The Scientific Method

Cells are the basic unit of living organisms. All living things are made up of cells. I learned that all cells have different functions like reproduction, disposal of waste, or use of energy. Life started in the ocean and crawled up onto rocks. The earliest fossils are in these rocks.
